The definition of a perfect stay! Before our arrival in Tekek I chatted with Hildi about different things for our stay. She is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The huts are beautiful. Everyone has their own terrace and even if you don't have the lookout to the ocean, the view is great. The beach is clean and good. You can go snorkeling here too. Hildi again sent me different options for hikes and recommendations for restaurants. Also she help us book a snorkeling tour (which we definitely recommend).

juara seaview chalet, kampung juara坐落于Kampong Juara，距离巴洛克海滩（Barok Beach）有几步路，配备空调住宿和花园。这家住宿配有烧烤设施和私人海滩，距离蒙塔瓦海滩（Mentawak Beach）仅有很短的路程。住宿为客人提供共用厨房和24小时前台。 这家宾馆的房间均配有休息区。juara seaview chalet, kampung... 离Tekek码头超级远。要另外坐车，盘山路去。且不能走路，不能租摩托车去。坐车30rm一个人单程。算上路费，房间价格就很贵了。而且房东回复很慢，经常几天才回。问房东在tekek码头怎么去酒店，等差不多到码头才告诉我们要打车。我们以为很近的，以为可以直接走路去，结果到码头才知道要打车去，而且费用还很高。之前沟通的时候房东也爱理不理的，总之很无语。 住宿旁边的cafe很好吃，早餐和晚饭都在那儿吃了。在juara村报浮潜一日游120rm一个人，5个点，4个潜点+1个salang村吃午饭（午饭自费），上村后往右边走有个类似市场的地方吃饭很便宜。第一个浮潜点很多不同种类的鱼，第二个潜点有海龟，第三个有babyshark，第四个是吃饭，第五个看运气，我们看到大鲨鱼和海龟。 房间出门是海，是看日出的。我们两天都看不到日出，多云。房间对出的海都是沙底，没什么东西看，我们租了浮潜用具啥都看不到。而且第一天去的时候浪很大，不太好。还好第二天出海浮潜看到不少东西，要不整个行程就废了

The room has its own bathroom and have all what you need for a stay. I think it was very cool to have the different spaces in the common areas to work. Internet works perfectly and at night is not so hot so not need to AC. I was fine with the Fan. I also like they provided earpugs and mosquito net! It was not needed but still nice they do it. The location is perfect as is not close to main street so very quiet and calm during the day and night. As the town is small this place is super close to all places you need to go (harbour, restaurants, market, bus) Staff was super kind and very respectful.

They even welcomed me in their house for a night when I decided to stay longer even though they had no free chalet. Ella's place, my big big crush so far on my round trip of all Malaysia. A must!

The concept, if we look at the price is exceptionally good. It's very near to the beach, room for 2 but big enough that they can provide an extra mattress for a 3rd person. Since we are on our short & budget anniversary trip, it was reallyyyy good for us. There is a restaurant just right in front of it (but we don't recommend going since it's pricey). The owner was fast in response too. Overall love it!

Breakfast is included and is damn good. Rooms were clean. Cats were the major spotlights. They are everywhere around you and are very cute.
