The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. At the inn all rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Absolutely everything. In fact we booked for 1 night and extended out stay to 3 nights. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and the bed was comfy. This truly is a Diamond in the desert.

Probably the best stay in all my years of traveling. From the friendliness of the check in staff, Ahmed & Jana to the restaurant manager Hamdy Ragab i was amazed at their professionalism and customer relationships. The room was huge and very comfortable and the dinner, where do i start, was plentiful and delicious. You spoilt for choice with thr variety of food at dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back here and compliments to the staff.

The hotel is located as close to the Haram as possoble. Literally a few meters. The service is great without being intrusive. Dinner and breakfast has a wide selection of food catering to all nationalities. Room has luxurious linen and towels.

Excellent hotel, we particularly liked the location, walking distance to Prophet's mosque, excellent restaurant and a very helpful team around. Musa in housekeeping was very helpful. Restaurant manager Elsayed Ahmed was also very warm and welcoming, managed Iftaar dinners exceptionally well. We look forward to visiting again!

Location was just amazing. Got a room on the top floor with haram view. Staff was superb in terms of reception, restaurant, housekeeping and everyone. We got offered free dinner at the time of check in for our 2 nights of stay.food was very good and the staff over there was very polite and courteous.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing. Staff at the hotel went out of their way to meet every request. Check in was smooth and also the staff in the entire hotel were service orientated. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to masjid nabawi entrance and also close to mawgif parking.
