The hotel is really very nice, it has a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath among others, its breakfasts were spectacular, it has been a long time since I had breakfasts as good as those at this hotel. Turkish breakfasts are spectacular. The location of the hotel is spectacular, in the heart of the historic center, everything is very close to see, the mosques, the Topkapi Palace among others. The staff was very friendly, they booked us a small cruise with dinner included and taxi. All very well!!! I recommend the hotel 100%

Everything about our stay was amazing. For starters, the housekeeping was faster than any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was modern and state of the art. Special mention for Tuğba who served us an a’la carte dinner, she was ever so patient.

The staff really went to extremes to ensure our comfort.. Staff-at the desk, Erbert and Veysel were very helpful throughout our stay.The manager made sure the dinner was perfect! Many thanks!

From the very beginning the place made a very good impression. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming, very helpful and eager to give recommendations about points of interest, how to get there, etc. The hotel location is very convenient to walk to various places on both sides of the Golden Horn. The room was spacious and very comfortable, despite some drawbacks, such as lack of sunlight, because windows were towards very narrow street, but this did not spoil the overall experience.

The location was great, though a bit loud at weekend nights as there are a lot of street bars nearby:) We liked the connection rooms provided to us, this we can comfortably accommodate our kid and have some privacy. The breakfast and dinner provided were nice, though I would advise to come early to get the most of the meal time :)

This is a very characteristic hotel / pension. You will love it, although there are some drawbacks. But everything is covered by the warm hospitality of the family who runs the place. The view is good, the whole atmosphere warm. Food is abundant and very good, both dinner and breakfast and there is always a friendly smile and welcome. You will really feel at home here.
