Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!

The location is very good about 7 minutes from the MRT. The breakfast is really good they switch daily.

Chill Roof Hotel is located in a convenient area in Taipei, with two metro stations nearby (Songjiang Nanjing station / Zhongshan station), and only 1.7km from Taipei Main Station, withing walking distance to the hipster district Zhongshan. SUPER comfortable pillows, comforter, and bed, slept like a baby! VERY clean and all the rooms are very stylish with their different themes. We stayed at both Room 9 and 10, and both were beautiful rooms and great! Quiet too. Staff helpful and let us leave luggage there. About 5-10 min each direction to MRT, so easy to get around. We loved the stay here, great hotel and we would come back here again and recommend it to anyone.

Situated in the Wanhua District district in Taipei, about 6 minutes' walk from The Red House, Energy Inn features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Although it is located in Ximending which is known for being busy, the hotel is tucked back in a side street away from all the noise. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ximen metro station exit 6 and has everything you would want within a block (restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops, shopping and street food). This was THE BEST experience we have ever had with the staff at a hotel. They are kind, caring, really care about your convenience. The hotel is clean, room was pretty spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is roomy with a Japanese toilet (will miss the heated seat), shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. The bed is a bit firm but only if you have an issue with your back. The breakfast was AMAZING. we could not get over the options and the portions. There is laundry on site, a small kitchen in the common area and plenty of drink options in the morning. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Normally we would not want to be in the middle of action but this hotel just has too many positives for us to go somewhere else. HIGHLY SUGGEST.
