Within a total of 20 days of my stay at Terra Boa Boutique Hotel---6/28th - 7/3rd, 2022, and then 7/13th - 727th---the majority of the wonderful staff impressively went above and beyond; hence, I will share a 5 star review, despite a few, minor issues that came up and were promptly resolved (mainly by the very kind, thoughtful, helpful, meticulous, organized, and professional Supervisor, Cristina). I've named these memorable staff members within my detailed review, along with a personal, gratitude message for each of them. I will soon share this review on several, different, review platforms. I also appreciated the daily, delicious breakfast buffet, the convenient location of this hotel close to many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, laundry service, etc., my nice room (especially the comfortable bed), and the sounds of soul-soothing nature right outside the hotel room. Also, when the first room next to the main street was too loud, the staff moved me to another room (as requested) for both stays.

super clean and modern accommodations! staff were very attentive and warm :-) great location that’s close enough to the action but far enough for some quiet from the busy city streets. The only thing I would have wished for was hot water in the jacuzzi. I booked this flat primarily for the jacuzzi so I was naturally disappointed to find the it wasn’t heated. But the owners mentioned that this detail is listed in the info. I must have overlooked it. I must note that even though I wished for this my partner and I still enjoyed ourselves and the space! thank youuuu! we will be back!

The house was absolutely perfect. Situated in the midst of the Atlantic Rain Forest and a sea of green with wildlife in abundance especially the wild tamarins that were delightful. The beds and bed linens were of very high quality unlike so many other rentals I have been to which made sleeping a dream along with the a/c. The house sits between 2 of the most gorgeous beaches in the area and each was like having our own private beach with the beach club at São José making our days perfect with their amazing food and service for a price. Wilson, the owner was super attentive and responded to any questions immediately and it showed the care and concern for each of us while we were there. Upon our arrival from São Paulo, which was delayed due to heavy rain etc we were kindly greeted at the gate of the condominium by Leo, his house manager who led us to the house the route of which would have been a bit confusing if we had to find it on our own in the dark for the first time. The house was immaculate and obviously extremely well-tended with beautiful flowers all around. The attention to detail showed how much Wilson cares for his guests. The kitchen was well equipped for those nights when you’d rather stay home and had pretty much everything you could need to make a nice meal. I can’t recommend this lovely house enough for someone looking for a peaceful respite within walking distance to the beach. A car is a necessity however if you intend to go into town or to visit the other beaches in the area. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

very spacious villa, 3 bathrooms are great for the amount of people in the Villa and cleaning them once a day was very helpful.

Staying in Chale was a great experience! Right in the Mata Atlântica with all its sounds! It is not that smooth to get there but it really worth it! The place is clean and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The service of cleaning is excellent!

The courtyard pool area is lush and private. We had an individual cabana. It is located close to the beach and town- you can walk everywhere.
