We were met at the property by the owner and was given a personal tour of the facilities. We found everything we needed in the property from robes and flip flops to tea and coffee but the owner was easily contactable, if there should have been a need. Location was perfect and had multiple options for the trip into town. Loved it here and would definitely stay again and would recommend x

we had the best stay here! The pod is so cute, and was kept very clean. amazing views from the garden, and the were able to watch the sunset from the hot tub, which was ready to go when we arrived. the host was very welcoming and around should we need them but also respected our space. we had use of a bbq and the converted horse trailer bathroom (shared with the treehouse guests) which was also kept very clean. absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend! the photos do not do this place justice - just stunning!

We had done a long haul from NZ and then driven from London , so we arrived late in the afternoon in the dark . It was bitterly cold , the key was easily found from clear instructions and from the minute we stepped inside we were greeted with warm and cozy . Plenty of room . We were staying a week so with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space we were able to unpack some of the bulky suitcases . It was quiet and had lovely clean facilities. Thank you so much .

Two bathrooms made getting ready extra easy and the presentation, decor and facilities were fantastic. Bed was also very comfortable with lots of space in the property for relaxing. We spent most of our time out and about but it made our trip that much more special knowing we could retire to a truly comfortable, secluded and quiet place. Would recommend!

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the full English was delicious. Our room had a four-poster bed and a balcony, with exceptional views. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I would say the bathroom was a little tired in places but had a fully functioning jacuzzi bath and was fine for our needs. We had wonderful views of the beautiful gardens and of Bath from our well equipped and spacious bedroom. The spa was good, we loved the hot outdoor jacuzzi pool and the treatments using Elemis products were great, all very relaxing. Guests have full use of the facilities all day, with restricted hours for children.

Lovely comfortable bedrooms and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The spa was relaxing - especially enjoyed the outdoor therma pool, perfect for ‘whatever the weather’. We were lucky with sunshine and there were plenty of sun beds to accommodate the four of us. We had planned a day in Bath, but instead enjoyed the hotel and lounged by the pool. Would definitely book again - a real treat!!
