We were upgraded to an amazing room in The Pavilion; there was a lift enabling my disabled friend to get upstairs with ease; plenty of space in the fully equipped room, walk in shower, etc. The menus were varied and all meals were well cooked and very tasty. Staff were occasionally slow in taking orders but it was busy. All staff from reception to bar staff, etc. were friendly and the general atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. Will try to find time to go again.

I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

A simple rug or small carpet in the lounge would take the effect of "hollowness" from the floor and a side light would be beneficial for reading. Breakfasts were fine with a good selection for all tastes, whilst the servicing staff were always very helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We will call again.
