The house is cozy and great for families placed in a small cottage. It has two flors, downstairs there is a kitchen with a tv room and outside toilet. Upstairs two rooms with two double beds and one bunk bed. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well as terrace. Outside some things for children, like trampoline, swings, hammock. Large grill where you can barbecue, make some nice dinner and have fun. There are a lot of good hiking paths to explore. If the weather is bad you can easily ride to the cost, about 1h driving. We found the place very good for us and our kids, and we will definitely visit Lujzijana again!

The location was beautiful, there is a lot of wilderness around. The jacuzzi is awesome, with the lights and everything, it's really a treat for relaxing. Never had a greater weekend and can't wait to get back here :)

The owner Gordana is extremely warm and welcoming, it's not so common to run across someone like that! She left us a nice surprise of assorted refreshments, that was a lovely welcome. The house is small and cute and it has everything you need. It is situated in a private spot with big garden up the hill that's mainly fenced off apart from one side but that didn't bother us at all as we could still let our dog to run around freely. The area is gorgeous with beautiful nature surrounding you everywhere you go. Definitely recommend!! Thank you Gordana for a beautiful stay!

I cannot recommend booking this house enough - the house itself is wonderful and cosy, very well equipped (especially kitchen and spa) just next to river Kupica. This was by far the best sauna experience in a holiday home - it is a proper Finish sauna of high quality. It heats up fast and to the proper just-above-100-degrees. The entire spa space is not even that large, yet still spacious and well-designed, great space to relax. Additionally, everything is very clean and cared for. As for the rest of the house, the kitchen is wonderful (many appliances!) and so is the entire living space as well as the bedrooms on the first floor. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace where you can soak in the sun even in winter and enjoy the view and sound of the river. There are plenty of options to enjoy nature (visit the source of Kupica and/or Kupa), and food (amazing restaurants within a few km). Last but not least, the people who run and care for the house are top notch. The communication with Alen was seamless and quick. He is very understanding, very helpful and kind. Moreover, the two wonderful caretakers who met us at check in and out were delightful and helpful, too. In every sense one feels at home here.
