Building and apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, secure. Decorated nicely. Kitchen was fully equipped, double sinks in bath along with nice size shower. Balcony was enjoyable with table/chairs. Location: Almadena is a very nice small village with no signs of massive tourism. For us, this was perfect! If you have a car, you can reach a huge number of beautiful beaches within 20 minutes (closest is <10). Without a car the location might not be as great since grocery shopping is limited in the town itself. Space: The house is large with no room being too small. We had no problem putting a third bed in the smallest bedroom (which was supplied free of charge). The 4 bathrooms in the house are all big. Utilities: Washing machine, drier, dish washer are all there. We were even supplied with washing up liquid and pods for the washing machine (again free of charge). The kitchen is extremely well equipped (we counted 5 pans and 30+ plates, just as an example). The grill is also in perfect condition. We had no issue of cooking many meals for 9 people! Sheets, towels (for bathrooms and pool) were all provided. All sheets and towels were changed after the first week and the complete house was cleaned (we stayed for 2). Outside: The pool is not big but fun for the children and a good way to cool down for the adults.
