The staff made the entire experience wonderful and memorable for me and my family. Helen went above and beyond since the beginning of the booking and she was always making sure that we are all having a great time the entire journey even after the cruise as she continued to arrange and communicate with the driver to give us a little tour within Ha Long since we still had plenty of time before our flight. The food was amazing with good varieties and the ship had really nice interior especially the Royal Suite. Will definitely recommend to book this tour to everyone.

This was one of the highlights of our trip in Vietnam! The boat, the staff, the activities, the view, the food, everything was awesome! We started our journey with Scarlet Pearl from Hanoi when they picked us up in their7 seater van they call limousine. Very comfortable with reclining seats. (The usb was not working in all seats unfortunately to charge the phone). When we arrived at the port, we were escorted to a private area for check-in and had time to check around the station and then we took a speed boat to get to the yacht. We were taken care by the boat Manager Chris who was great! We headed to lunch (great choice of options at the buffet respecting our dietary choices) and then we went to our rooms which were spacious, very clean and very comfortable! They offered several activities during the afternoon: cave exploration by kayaking or fisherman’s boat, then swimming, trampoline on the sea, kayaking around the boat in the bay. This was followed by a fun cooking class and happy hour. Dinner was a seafood 5 service menu which was delicious! Dinner was followed with a fishing session that the kids appreciated although we were unlucky to catch anything… then a movie in their lounge room. The next day we had an early start with Tai Chi session, light breakfast and a catamaran outing to discover some of the islands then back for a nice brunch and then check-out. all of this is included in their price which was a great surprise. We stayed one night only but heard from groups staying two night that there are several other activities planned including discovering some secluded beaches. The entire staff was great, accommodating and very helpful!

    An awesome experience on board the M Gloria Cruise. May Huy was our waitress during our meals. Such a delightful lady. The men at the bar during Happy hour were awesome. They played my request for Black pink music so that I could dance. The food was very delicious and well presented. Our VIP room was beautiful. Loved the spa bath as well. Overall A1 highly recommend this cruise.

    We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby, the staff were so helpful as soon as you stepped onto the transger boat- including power and thu, Lucas at kitchen were amazing. Food was delicious. Beds were as pictured, bathroom was spacious and hot water pressure was good. They really looked after us!

    The room was comfortable and spacious, we absolutely enjoyed it! the boat was nice, it had a jacuzzi at the terrace which was good for some relax. The activities were well organized and the staff was amazing!!

    Size of the boat, not to big. Bay was beautiful. Nice slow pace, so had time to relax. Had a suite with balcony, bubble bath and shower. Very nice. Son our guide was very good. The food was excellent and plentiful. You will not go hungry. Definitely would do it again.
