The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best ever and the evening restaurant food was excellent. The indoor pool, saunas and spa services were just what weary travelers needed!

The property has an outdoor dining area. The appartment was gorgeous! I don't remember ever staying in such a beautiful and well-equipped appartment. We used the private outdoor jacuzzi and sauna every day, which was a great plus to our journey, as we came at the end of October and the weather was quite rainy. Kids and parents both really enjoyed it! Sabine was a wonderful host, she let us arrive earlier and leave later and helped with every questions, requests we had. When we come next time to Carinthia and look for an appartment, we'll definately come back here again. Thank you!! :-)

So it was not a problem to collect the keys. The overall process was managed with high quality. Everything was explained, and questions were answered. The breakfast provided was very good. The building is in a good location near the lake.
