For guests who need on-site parking, a daily self parking fee applies. The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

They also include cable TV and a DVD player. i had the victorian room, the bed is huge and there's plenty of space for two. spa bath is clean and is a great asset to the guest house. the staff and breakfast were awesome. it was definetely unusual experience for me and i was surprised by the quality (in a good way)
