Certain rooms have a seating area for your convenience. A TV is provided. How clean the hotel was. Also, the speed of getting things done at check in was nice, the guy helping with luggage and parking was very friendly and we enjoyed the service on the rooftop at the pool.

All rooms are spacious and have a balcony, a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some feature a seating area and views of the sea or the pool.

Excellent, simply excellent staff, this time thanks to Iryna who arranged a nice room for me before check-in so that i could take a work call. Incredibly appreciated! The spa is beautiful, the decor is 5* and the breakfast is amazing. Please send special thanks to the 4th floor cleaning perssonnel! Truly going out of their way for premium service. All around again a fantastic stay, hoping to return soon again.

The modern Inturotel Cala Esmeralda – Adults Only has an ideal seafront setting, in Majorca’s Cala d’Or. It offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, an on-site spa and attractive gardens. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The hotel is amazing and had a wonderful vibe to it. It's a very quiet and confortable place to stay. I loved all the nice little details, like the soft music playing all day, night entertainment, the design of the hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from (vegan/vegetarians too). Went daily to the gym and spa, and my wife also did yoga on the beach. The beach club was amazing, great food/drinks as well. Fantastic location, close to a stunning beach. The staff was polite and helpful answering any questions we had. The room was very clean and well ventilated. We had a private pool which was super nice and was cleaned every morning. This was the best holiday, me and my wife, ever had. Will surely visit again.

Access to the Ponent Mar’s spa comes at an additional cost. There is a sauna, a massage service and a beauty salon. There is also a fitness room. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Set in 4000 m² of gardens, the hotel has spacious sun terraces featuring 3 outdoor hot tubs and a poolside snack bar. It was pleasant stay, can’t point to anything. Nice hotel, very clean, tasty food. We like it all, Daniela keeps her finger on the pulse, always there, always on the top of everything - well done. All the team was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We recommend this hotel.
