Located in Annecy, 36 km from Rochexpo, La Perle du Semnoz provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift. This place definitely delivers. Everything wonderful. Great communication, great kitchen, I loved cooking here! In the US we have corporate-captured toxic food, so to cook with wholesome, quality ingredients as available in France was a joy and this kitchen made it fun. Clearly the hosts care about their guests and that care is reflected in every detail. We will always remember our three nights here and hope to return some day. Annecy is magical, not to be missed! Amazing "zen" ambiance to recharge our batteries. Great breakfast. The hostess was very friendly, provided some great tips for hikes in the area, communication was always very helpful with fast responses.

Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

The place was amazing. Bernard and Ta were very lovely hosts. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was the best - we miss the breakfast already! The host was Delightful and easy to work with. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the old town and very charming. The interior was very modern and well appointed! I loved the unique addition of the sauna.

We loved the stunning views of Lake Annecy and that we were away from the larger towns. The room had a spectacular view. The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.
