Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!

I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything
