The staff was extremely kind. The location is a bit remote, but it was easy enough to find my way to various activities that Munnar has to offer. And the hostel has a restaurant that serves great food for friendly prices. Which meant that there was no need to be in a busy area. And the view from the dining room terrace is so so beautiful!

He helped set up cars and drivers to explore the Munnar area. The homestay has a pool. The room had a big attached balcony. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bed was situated so that you could take in the view from bed. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfasts were plentiful and a great way to share experiences with other guests.

They also managed to accommodate my request for adjacent rooms. Adults infinity pool was closed for renovation but family pool was still lovely.

One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation.
