Great rainforest walk, be prepared for steps.
Great rainforest walk, be prepared for steps. Recommend wearing trekking shoes or trainers. The rock pool looked inviting. At the time not much water flowing over the falls. Take your time and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We were staying nearby, literally next to the carpark, and so one of our walks was in the late afternoon. This meant we had the pools virtually to ourselves, with only a few other people. Highly recommend.

The owners were extremely helpful and always willing to assist if and as required. In essence the three nights spent in my own cottage was wonderful and relaxing.

The apartments were clean, very comfortable and located close to town to access restaurants. The balcony and outdoor area it overlooked was pretty. Easy set up travelling with 2 kids having 2 separate bedrooms, one with queen and other with 2 singles. About 20 mins drive to Australia Zoo where we spent one of our days. About 5 mins to the very pretty Kondalilla Falls where we spent an afternoon too.
