Right on the edge of town, super easy to get to.
Right on the edge of town, super easy to get to. It is somewhat downplayed in the travel books but is an impressive size of ruins. You can easily explore on your own but I would recommend spending some time in the museum first to have a better idea what you are looking at once you walk up to the site.

Staff did a great job planning events and brining people together. Sunday dinna was great! Bathrooms were big and spacious, I never had to wait to use a shower. Breakfast included is a nice feature. They will organize anything and everything for you. Jess is amazing and I had so much fun talking to her. Javi was an amazing tour guide! (And the rum punch was delicious) Hostel is super close to a really great restaurant and place to get drinks!TristanCanada

The room is exactly as the photos provided on the site. It was clean and tidy. Wifi reception was excellent. There are quite a few eateries and pubs around withing 300-500 meters. Cahal Pech Archeological Site is around 1km from this location. Sufficient clothes hangars provided.ThomasGermany

The bed was comfy and we found the room to be quiet. Very clean. Warm shower. Location couldn't be better and was within walking distance of restaurants, market, bus station, Iguana Conservation center, and Cahal Pech. Breakfast was a bonus! I have zero complaints. Would stay here again

The owner would ask if everything was alright every time you saw him. The location was good, just a short walk uphill from town where there is a lovely breeze. It is also in close proximity to Cahal Pech, restaurants, the market and the river. The kichenette was a bonus. One could cook all of their meals there.

Its a 30 minute walk to Cahal Pech. Everything was close by (restaurants, "grocery" store, etc). I cooked in the kitchen. The balcony was a nice touch. They were painting while I was there to spruce up the place. They offer some tours, but I just took the local bus to Xunantunich. Wifi was good.
