We enjoyed the park with many monkeys and beautiful sceneries despite the hot and humid weather. When we drove to the park for 9-9:40 time slot. Some locals stopped us and told us there is no more parking closer to the entrance since it is closer to Easter week and asked us to pay for a parking fee of $12 about 7 minutes walk to the entrance. After we paid walked closer to the entrance we saw the parking fee was actually at $5 at a hotel. We felt being cheated. We suggest the tourists avoid this by driving closer to check for parking before pay any high parking fee too early.ChenUnited States - 10Scored 10

Beautiful National Park and the best one (for us) for wildlife viewing. Try to get away from the entrance, as you have more chance of seeing wildlife in the quieter areas and you don't need a guide. Be careful when approaching the National Park - there are quite a few car parks and people try to attract you in. Be sure you are at the Park itself and check the charges.ELEANORUnited Kingdom

The place is really clean and the bed is really comfy. You can use their kitchen which is super well equipped. The location is great really close to the bus station for Manuel Antonio National Park and other places in Costa Rica. Oh and they have a lovely dog! Would definitely recommend staying here.
