I loved Encuentro Beach.
I loved Encuentro Beach. It was a smaller quieter beach where you could rent surf boards and get surfing lessons. There were also two nice places on the beach to have drinks, fresh food, fresh smoothies, coffee and treats. Nice place to hang out with tables, chairs and hammocks under a shaded roof. We visited there several times and certainly hope to return there again next year.

Special thanks to Juan Carlos who is super helpful and cheerful always. This place just has such a great vibe because of its people who work there. Food is delicious. Rooms are very clean and comfy. The property is very stylish and well taken care of. Yoga and Bachata classes are available for free. Few minutes walk to Encuentro Beach, perfect if you like to surf.

You can walk out straight into a quiet beach or walk the trails along the coast. There is a surf rental shop/school and cafe about 15 minutes away at Encuentro beach which is fantastic. Easy trip into Cabrete, or make use of the local restaurants in Perla Marina. There are lots of friendly animals (Musha the dog ♥️) and spots to hang out at the hotel. The staff really helped us with our travel options despite the language barrier!
