The house was well equipped with all the basic utilities in Kitchen and bathroom. The place was very clean and is near to supermarkets, few restaurants and Lidl at a fairly quick driving distance. Check-in was seamless. Nice black sand beach - Playa de la Arena is also at walking distance from the property.

A few minutes walk to the Natural Swimming Pool and the beautiful town Los Gigantes. Around 20 minutes walking to the sandy beach “Playa de la Arena”. Our one-bedroom apartment was well equipped and had a beautiful sea view from the large balcony. Staff, Loui and Rosie, are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

As seen in the photos it is over a small cliff looking south. It's pretty nicely decorated and has everything needed to spend a wonderful vacation. Everything is new, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable too

Playa de la Arena is a touristy area but all the restaurants that we tried served good food at reasonabe prices.The property was spacious, two bedrooms but also two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other just with shower but very good for family with baby. The other major plus was the enormous sun terrace and the fact that it was up less flights of stairs than the other apartments.

Everything is near (beach, bars, grocery, bus station), but it is still very calm and the only thing you can hear is the ocean 💙I very much appreached barrier free access (I was travelling with a stroller). Apartment has everything you need - you feel like staying in your aunt´s summer flat :) Luis - the owner - has been very helpful (thanks again!). Would definitely stay again!
