Worth going to on the same day as you visit the aquarium but...
Worth going to on the same day as you visit the aquarium but you will need to spend most of your time in the latter where there is lots going on. Leave yourselves plenty of time to do both (and take your packed lunch to enjoy in the surrounding parks and restful areas. Impressive architecture and really nice just to walk around the area. We've ridden our bicycles from our apartment in the Centro...
We've ridden our bicycles from our apartment in the Centro Historic, through Parque Turia to the Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe twice now. It's better to arrive when it opens - not because it's especially crowded (the place is huge) but because if you ride or walk to the location, you're so wiped from the heat, it's hard to last through the entire exhibit. This is a highly interactive, family-friendly venue with so much to see and do. If you don't live near the Mediterranean, the exhibit Mediterraneo is fascinating. We love this place and the building is beautiful. Bring your lunch - the cafes aren't that great.

Bus 35 can take you from the city to this City of Arts & Sciences. The ticket can be bought from the bus driver for 1.50 euros per trip. The bus will stop near the City of Arts & Sciences, and you only need to cross the streets. The bus stop of bus 35 to go back to the city is on the same side of the City of Arts & Sciences.
