Booked because allowed dog. I had to leave early due to my dog being ill. Otherwise excellent. The beach at highcliffe castle lovely and close. Restaurant attached next door excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Large, comfortable, clean rooms, free parking, friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast made this a very enjoyable stay. Highcliffe castle and Highcliffe beach are a short walk away which is an added bonus. As we were going to a wedding Friday evening, the owners kindly accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Castle Lodge to anyone wishing to visit this part of Dorset.

ALL the staff were fantastic….incredibly helpful & professional at all times and the food was fabulous! Thoroughly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back!

Comfortable bed, lounge area to relax in, huge bathroom, and a full kitchen! The staff were lovely. The dining room for breakfast and lunch were all very nice. Definitely need to visit Highcliffe castle and beach, just next door, absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
