We specifically enjoyed how close it was to the natural trust public pathway to enjoy the amazing views. The room in itself was quite nice and tidy and the DVD player with the DVD selection in the ground floor was a really nice touch. The owners are super friendly, our family bedroom was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was great! Our 7y old daughter particularly liked the collection of games in self service and the nice doggy :)

Fab experience to get your breakfast in front such a breathtaking view and possibility to access the coastal path right from the hotel garden. Priceless. The coastal path is just at the end of the garden. Walked up to Lizard Point and Kynance cove. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were good options for breakfast which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Arriving bit early for checking in , but She let as in the room anyway. No problem at all.Good size,Very comfy bed.Great Clean site and a great base to explore the lower reaches of Cornwall. Lizard Point Beautiful and Lighthouse too.Very good ala carte breakfast. Enjoy our stay.

Ideal location for seeing Lizard Point, walking to Kynance & driving places like Cadgwith. Would definitely stay again! The owners were really kind and friendly. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
