Wasn’t for us. Very over-priced for Bali and in some cases more expensive than home (AUS). Way too many staff and then slow service in most stores. Leave the shopping for Kuta, Seminyak or Ubud. I hope to see the centre improve.DanaAustralia - 8.0Scored 8.0

A very tourist focused shopping complex and seemed to be the only place for shopping. Some shops were very reasonable other places were quite expensive. You will find lots of restaurants for all tastes, with some restaurants offering free taxi pick-ups to and from your accommodation if you eat with them - that was useful. There are lots of clothes shops and places offering spa treatments for a fraction of the cost charged by our hotel.

The rooms are spacy, and each room has a balcony and each has a view of scenery of the lagoon. The swimming pools are clean and proximity to all rooms. The beach is right at the hotel. shuttle to and from from Bali collections. So many restaurants near the hotels.

But the real plus is the staff: professional, kind and always ready to assist you beyond your expectations. Money for value: prices are reasonable even for a family of four. And, last but not least, the suites are simply beautiful!

Although the hotel is dated, the price was reasonable as we checked in when occupancy was low. We were glad that we chose this hotel before our flight out of Bali. Our room was spacious and they had good selections on offer for breakfast. There is also a shuttle bus that runs every two hours which takes you to Bali Collection for more shopping and dining options.

The hotel provides free shuttle to Bali Collection as per the schedule. The main pool has a waterslide. There was some work on the beach, but it wasn't disturbing. The food was great.Reception staff will provide you with the schedule of daily activities at the resort. Housekeeping team was excellent, please reward them. Overall we like this hotel and hope to stay again.

The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety. The food at the bar, along with the cocktails are a must whilst on your holiday. The room was clean, cool, very large comfy bed and a very good hot shower. Good location with great walking track along the breach front. Free transfer bus to Bali collection for shops, restaurants and ATMs.

The breakfast is super, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel has good location near the beach, but the entrance to the ocean is not the best, especially at low tide, but there were always free sunbeds on the beach. Is not cheap to dinner at the hotel, but nearby there is a shopping center Bali Collection with a sufficient number of cafes.
