The staff were so kind to us, they set up our activities (we did the mount batur sunrise on a jeep and it was incredible!) and provide breakfast, lunch and dinner if you need it. I wasn’t very well on the second day with a bad cold and headache and the staff were so nice they brought me tea, water and medicine!

Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was a choice of noodles or rice. This stay is perfect for completing the hike up Mount Batur, it is only 3 minutes away from the starting point. The property is clean and spacious and right at the base of Mount Batur - no need for early morning transport. Nyoman, the host, is super helpful, and answers questions via WhatsApp very quickly. He arranged for transport to and from our accommodation in Sanur as well as for a local guide (Grey) to take us up the volcano. He took me to Black Lava with motorcycle and when i forgot my ring at the hotel after check out, he came to my next hotel to returned it. They also kind to my dog. You can book the hiking tour to mount Batur with pak Radia. The location is quite far from restaurants, so i ordered food from them and it's quite tasty. There is a public kitchen too for cooking. The view is great and you can explore the neighborhood with motorbike or by walking. The price is also reasonable.AAnonymousIndonesia
