Our room was large and comfortable, with a very nice view from the window. Moreover the staff helped us going out in the hottest hours of the day by giving us the hotel umbrella. We would certainly recommend this choice.

And here we can sleep in very comfortable conditions for very good price, like a 40 minutes walk to Kuwait Towers or more than hour to city centre. It's not so long if we take cities like Kuwait. Also there is not so far away city bus stop, so you can reach Downtown much faster. Owner is such good guy, friendly, helpful. Crossing fingers for him and this place, it's worth of it.

Bus line X3has been closed (at least in March 2023) - do not trust google maps in this respect. The only way was to change the bus in the city center - therefore plan ahead (bus 13 ad then bus 15). The rooms are comfortable - ours had a view on the kuwait towers. The staff is amazing and super friendly including hotel's manager.

In the winter, the weather allows this and its pleasant to walk to and from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable with a writing desk and a good view of the skyscrapers and growing Kuwait skyline. Overall, good value for money.
