I enjoyed warm water showering all day thanks to the central system (I think). You can park your motorcycle right in front of the hotel. A locking gate around 10 pm made me feel secure. Our room is so amazing. The room is set on the ground floor, but it has a great balcony with the city view as 3rd floor to Bui Thi Xuan street (the back side of the hotel). The owner is very friendly and helpfull. They show us a "secret stairway" to go down to Bui Thi Xuan str. You should try also the TMK coffee & Breakfast next door.HaVietnam
