Lovely stay for 3 nights, as we needed a relaxing time away from Perth. The facilities were nice and clean and very user friendly. Kevin & Kelly were very warm and welcoming to us! Great way to end 2023.

The food was very good and the eclectic group of staff entertaining. Loved the wine tasting sessions and afternoon teas that were included in our package. The location is great for exploring the Margaret River wineries and restaurants.

Right next to a winery and the Cape Lavender Tea House which has delicious scones, with Indijup and Canal Rocks 5 mins down the road. Very homely rooms which were spacious, comfortable and very clean. I'd booked in for my birthday and was greeted with a birthday card and a bottle of wine which was a really special touch! The focus was entirely on customer satisfaction, which was delivered in spades. The breakfast, afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks, and dinner, were fabulous. There's no need to even leave the Lodge; there was ample to eat and drink while enjoying the most picturesque lake views.

Margaret River wine region is a 30 minute drive away. The property itself is very serene and has a very country feeling about it. There are tea rooms next door to the lodge. Highly recommended.

Provided basics like cutlery, crockery and glasses, as well as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Our room had a verandah out the back with a beautiful outlook over the garden and the vineyard next door. Lots of vineyards and breweries within very close distance, as well as the beach, caves and canal rocks.
