The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs. There was some loud street music playing when I was sick and trying to sleep and the staff went out and asked them to move on which they did. They helped me with so many things, one young lady even used her own earring to help me unlock my phone SIM card. just really lovely caring staff, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. And the nearby Thorn Tree Cafe is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just three doors down from the Inn, tastefully decorated, soothing ambient music at a perfect volume, well air conditioned, power points all around the walls so you can charge your devices or work on a laptop and wonderful serving staff and delicious food (try the Coronation Salad!) I really wish we could have stayed there the full amount of time we planned unfortunately we had to leave after only two day. The Diggers Inn is an absolute gem

Reasonably-maintained lodge at far end of town in upscale neighbhorhood. Rooms are equipped with the necessities and beds comfortable. AC and electrical are great, while wifi could be dodgy. You may be able to use the fantastic kitchen if you ask politely! Owners are warm and welcoming, and staff very friendly. There is a pool that I never used, but it looked amazing.

Woodlands is a super stopover and lodge. My husband and I stayed in one of the riverview rooms. The property contacted us to find out our time of arrival and where ready for us as we arrived. The room is always clean and has a small kitchen, which is fully equipped. The surroundings are beautiful and you can hear the birds from the river, which is not far away. The place is quiet and a good place for a restful nights sleep. We will definitely be back again!
