We LOVED Tunnel Mountain Resort! The entire staff was SO friendly! It is a short downhill walk into town, uphill walk returning to the resort. We were each given a free town shuttle ticket to/from town for our entire stay if we chose not to walk. The location was perfect, surrounded by trees and the beautiful Banff mountains. We used the steam room and sauna every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to store our groceries and cook our meals. Free wood was available for the fireplace. We sat on the patio every morning drinking our coffee and watching the birds. Bed was so comfortable too! Tunnel Mountain Resort will be our home away from home when we visit the area again... we will definitely return!

Location, unique features of the lodges, especially the reading room which included framed articles on the history of the Brewster family. The fitness room and sauna were great and the little stores on the main floor were awesome.

Lovely outdoor hot tub, perfect for after skiing. Comfortable and stylish lounge in main lodge. Loved the fireplace in the room. Mule deer strolling between hotel buildings in the morning. Very close to regular/local bus into town which drops at the skibus stop. Good free/strong hotel WiFi.

The room and location were perfect. We checked in at Caribou Lodge and Spa. Apparently you can use the hot tub located at Caribou Lodge which is a nice bonus.

The accommodation was lovely - good space, 2 queen beds, beautiful open fire, nice decor. The lodge bar and dining was exceptional - staff were friendly and food was 10/10.

Most budget friendly stay we could find among the other more expensive lodges and inns. We booked a private room with bunk beds for our group and it has en-suite bathroom, which is really convenient! There is some parking spots as well but spots might run out if more guests bring their own cars. The hostel is a bit farther from downtown Banff from the other inns but still walkable.

Good location, walking distance to everything. Has a rustic 70s ski lodge feel to it. I can imagine my grandfather staying in a place like this.
