The great hospitality given by the staff (I didn't get to know his name unfortunately) was at the reception. The facilities in the location is fantastic and can give full mark for cleanliness as well. I recommend this property to stay if anyone wants have fantabulous stay in and around of Lucern....

We were greeted by a kind lady at reception who proceeded to tell us we had been upgraded and gave us a tasty welcome drink - an apple juice from the region. Our room had a wonderful view of the lake and was extremely comfortable with a free mini bar, good sized TV, bath robes and a large bed. Thanks for everything!
