Where do I even start… Nik is by far the best host we have ever had in all our years of travel! He checks in with you everyday to make sure you are having the best time possible. If you need anything- he says “leave it to me” and takes care of it all! He went above and beyond to help us find out important information when we ran into issues with our flights home. I can truly say that he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and we cannot thank him enough for making us feel like family! We were also lucky enough to be able to upgrade from the garden units to one of the beach front bungalows for 4 out of the 5 nights of our stay - which was fantastic! The amenities at Sunny Beach Lodge go on and on: Free airport transportation, free wifi, free toiletries, free use of kayaks and bicycles, and a laundry service! It is also located right next to a convenience/takeaway store, and a 24 hour store that sells food and alcohol a short walk away! I could go on and on about how great this place is - so please, do yourself a favour, and stay here when you find yourself in the paradise that is Aitutaki! You won’t regret it! Fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied in the loft-style lodges. The kitchen features a stove, refrigerator and a toaster. After a day of sightseeing you can relax in the covered patio area, which offers outdoor seating.

A little paradise in the heart of south Aitutaki island . The owner was very kind and deserves a big Meitaki Atupaka . Location is very quiet in the nature . The villa is great with everything you need . If you like the countryside you ll love the place .

The most welcome I have ever felt at any stay. The location is excellent, close to the main town, local feel, and right on the beach. Rooms are basic, but really clean with everything you need. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Centrally located on the island, close to Amuri town. Supermarket and drinking water station are across the road. Niki is a fantastic host, doing his best to give his guests a wonderful stay. Sunny Beach Lodge felt like a warm community, we had so many lovely neighbours! Again, meitaki mata Niki!
