The lodge was Merlin at the back of the park with hot tub. None can overlook. Clean comfortable warm and everything needed. Underfloor heating in bathroom. We went on the 14th Jan. Girl on reception couldn't have done anymore for us. Pub across the street had beautiful food and a great band on. Advise to book this as very busy.

The location was wonderful; it is easy to walk from the lodges to the Loch and the West Highland Way in addition to easy access to the lovely little shop/pub/cafe across the street. The staff were helpful and friendly despite being seemingly overwhelmed with tasks.

The lodge was immaculate with everything we needed , lovely furnishings and we managed to get upgraded to a 4 bedroom lodge with a balcony , which was fabulous , sitting out in the sunshine looking out to the water. The hot tub was fabulous , the water was very clean and warm , the only thing which would suggest were some garden seats out at the hot tub area would have been good. We will definitely be back just for the tranquility and the lovely area where the lodges are situated and the lodges themselves are fantastic.

Location, views, facilities, security and cleanliness. It was a very private location even with lodges and chalet sited together. No music to be played outside at anytime made it a tranquil restful stay.
