Mariposa Lodge, lodge in West End

At Mariposa Lodge you will find beautiful tropical gardens and a terrace. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including horse riding, hiking and windsurfing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mariposa is 1 minute away from busy west end bars and restaurants but hidden away a bit that you are not disturbed with laud music or people returning from night out. The room was great size with very comfortable big bed. We were provided by water so we didn't have to buy any in the shop whole week. We had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All you need to reheat leftover food from restaurants (the portions were huge) and we could make our cup of coffee before we went out exploring :-). Staff was very friendly, we use the transport from and to the airport organizer by Mariposa. The driver was very nice, born and raise in Roatan so we could have a chat about that the island without being on official tour. We highly recommend this place for it's great location, good facilities and very professional staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable Veronika and Simon :-).

    Mariposa Lodge was perfectly located in Roatan's West End. Located close enough to the action of Main Street, it was also tucked away down a quiet street away from the noise of the main road. On-site manage, Darwin, was super helpful at check in as well as helping me to arrange my departure transportation to the airport.

    Beautiful lodge!! The ocean view from each room is impeccable. I felt like I could completely relax and just enjoy my vacation properly. The staff was great, so welcoming and helpful in every way. And the infinity pool is such a great touch, especially at night when all the stars are out :) Thank you so much! Lovely experience.

    i liked my little lodge/cabin or lets say wooden house very much. very quiet and calm place. in the middle of west end. just front of the sea. there is a shared kitchen which i use very often.
