The rooms are so comfortable and well-equipped. They have thought of everything! I really loved the in-room Jacuzzi and breakfast was great. (There aren't many places in the area open for breakfast, so I'd definitely recommend having it at the hotel.) Also, I recommend having the barbecue dinner one night as well as being sure to reserve your spot at the onsen. This place is so cool and the view of Mount Fuji from the hotel grounds is amazing!

It was superb...The owners were awesome.. Mom dad and daughter were super host.. One thing wanna share: At evening I did not have dinner at the hotel restaurant, because i already purchased from super market... The Owner (mom) gave me fruits to eat , because she thought,I will not eat... superb motherly guesture.. Really touched...Overall Awesome...

Wonderful place to stay for a group of people. 2 bedrooms, one common room, kitchen, toilet, shower, garden with table, parking. Very clean, very well equipped. The owners are very nice. Highly recommended ! The access road is a bit complicated, but this is the price to pay to be in the middle of the forrest.

Fuji view, huge space house (2 floors), well-equipped kitchen, floor heating, quiet and beautiful enviroment. It takes 15 mins walking, crossing a village, to the lakeside, where is far from crowds. If you climb up, it takes 40 mins to Tenku no torii. The hotel provides free pick up from train station per request, and scheduled shuttle bus to station/supermarket. We didn't drive, but did not feel any inconvenience.

House is right next to Lake Kawaguchi and our room has a small view if Mt Fuji which is a bonus! The breakfast was truly exceptional, I'd highly recommend it. 3. Room was clean and bright. I was worried that it was would be dark in a remote area but was pleasantly surprised about the ample lighting. 4. Private onsen had bath in balcony area with clear view of Mount Fuji. It was amazing. 5. Coin laundry was a plus, very useful.

We woke up early to catch the sunrise and stunning views of Fuji-san. Incredible! There's heating and A/C in each cottage, although we didn't need it. Our cottage had one room with tatami mats and also a room with actual beds. We wished we could have stayed longer. The cats that live at the lodge are super cute and friendly.
