The location is good, there are many ramen restaurants and cafes around, and the food at the hotel's restaurant is also great. Clean and tidy. The staff service is very good, Can be said to be excellent service . Impeccable. There is also a very cute dog named Yuki.

The rooms are traditiinL tatami rooms, futon beds. The lodge is right beside one of the public onsens and close to the chairlifts. Highlight of our ski trip to Japan. We will be back. Especially loved our morning greetings from 3 yo Yuuchan - "sleep well?" We sure did. Xx

I could send my snowboard ahead of time and the staff had it ready for me when I arrived. They will drive you anywhere: rental shop, main resort lodge, restaurants, bathhouse, bus station, etc. Our room was big enough for 4 people to sleep in and the downstairs lounge area has a TV, couches, big tables, and drink vending machine if you want to hang out in a bigger space. The toilets were always clean.

The food was fresh and gourmet with plenty of varieties. The location of the lodge was right on the ski slopes, so it was a true ski in ski out experience. The staff here work around the clock to make the stay comfortable for their guests. They even picked us up on a ski cat on the first day after getting off the gondola to get there.

Very clean, rooms were comfortable and warm. The owners wife was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great stay!
