Rose & Nana made us feel like Paganakan was a home away from home, except in the beautiful jungle! Our terrace looked out over the jungle and it felt like such a special place to be staying! We loved our stay here so much that we came back on our way back after visiting Semporna!

The lodge is a short walk from all of the activities in Sepilok and they can help you reserve the Rainforest center night walk, which books up. The food in the restaurant was good and not as expensive as some of the other lodges in Sepilok.

Can have a meal or a drink there and buy supplies of water etc. Fantastic location for Orangutan rehabilitation centre and Sun Bear centre both next door to each other 10 minutes walk from the property. Everything is very clean, staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the showers were amazing (and hot). Breakfast is nice and if it is busy, it is a buffet breakfast. Food in the restaurant is also really good! Stayed 4 nights in total, definitely longer than initially planned :)

The lodges are very specious and our room was very comfortable with big bathroom and terrace. We slept well. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The breakfast is very good. Home made food. The location is great with walking distance to main points of interest. We were very happy with our stay ☺️

The complex is quite large with multiple lodges. The room was comfortable and large with AC and fan. The breakfast is okay and there is a restaurant which serves food until 8pm. You can pre order for eating after the RDC night safari.

The area is nice and quiet. The dorm is very clean, with air conditioning and fans. There are no lockable cupboards and no curtains. The bed is comfortable.
