Every cabin has its own deck with a lot of privacy. The food was excellent with nice wines for a reasonable price. They are taking good care of you.

Dinner was served in a beautiful setting with river view and candle light. Beds were comfortable, shower was working well. We took a boat trip with Manfred which we really enjoyed. I read reviews about the lodge being a whole construction site. That's just not true. Yes they are building a new big restaurant. But we weren't disturbed by it at all. And they have a smaller lovely restaurant next to the river for the time being.

It was a brilliant location-very close to the National parks. We would highly recommend the sunset cruise. The guide was excellent and again the attention to detail to ensure a truly pleasurable experience was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was ever too much!

The interior was spotlessly clean and functional. The bathroom was a bit older but in perfect condition. The view was magnificent. Staff was very friendly and helpful - 10/10. The river cruise including Pops Falls (with a highly knowledgeable guide) was a wonderful experience. Food was delicious (breakfast and dinner) although there was a bit of room for improvement on the steak and the breakfast yogurt - 9/10.
