Amazing location, and the view from the deck is spectacular!! Small, but very comfortable for a couple with a well-appointed kitchen. Definitely recommend it if you are in Franz Joseph!!!

However, the room was not maintained well, with old and mold smell. Curtains were torn and the soap provided wasn’t good. They added lots of water to make the soap dispenser full. The rate your company give to me is for a room for handicapped persons. I had to pay another $27 for a room at the Terrace motel which is also managing 10 cottages.This is the 2nd time it happened to me during this trip tp NZ where I booked all my accommodations through booking.com. On 14 aug in Christchurch at the Colonial lodge it was also a room for the handicapped.
