Lou and Chris were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. We were very welcome and loved staying here. The room was fantastic with lovely views of the valley and towards the coast. We had a great continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. We highly recommend Harbour Lodge.

We have been travelling around the South Island and have stayed in many different quality hotels, motels, lodges. The Sofitel was one of the most comfortable and ensured three great night's of sleep. The staff were fabulous: friendly, helpful and totally professional. Look out for Gaston and Toni who were particularly helpful and fun. The gym was spacious and well-equipped - husband was very happy!

The location to the CBD. Bus stops right outside the lodge on the main road. Our room was ready before the allocated time. Reception staff were extremely helpful with regards to public transport.

There were young men that kept gathering outside the rooms next to the lodge. They kept coming in and out of the place on their car and was up and down all night making sure my car was okay. It was actually quite scarey as they were gathered only at night.

I stay in the Wellington (central)Travelodge every few years when I visit NZ. It always exceeds expectations. So comfortable, very friendly and a perfect location for exploring Wellington. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here. This visit I have used the gym and found it to be suitably adequate for a holiday workout. Finally, the pandemic protocols and cleanliness are excellent.

Great location. I have stayed at this Travelodge several times and it always delivers. Friendly team and nothing is too much trouble. Little things to lend a hand always make it special.
