I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

The accommodation was an unique experience, they are very mindful of the environment and sustainability and welcoming package was a lovely surprise. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we are definitely coming back.

He's not just friendly; he goes out of his way to make sure you have an amazing time. On the safari tour, we spotted some incredible wildlife. And Stefan even showed us around the upcoming Camp Caroli 2.0, which sounds like it's going to be an epic place for family fun under the aurora. The lodge itself is so cozy, equipped with lots of woods you could use for the chimney. The location is just so beautiful, easily walk to the lake to see aurora at night or do cross country ski during the day. Feeding the reindeers is also the highlight to spend time with these amazing creature. Everywhere in the site is warm, even the toilets. Even though we were alone at the Lodge during the night, next morning we were well treated at the breakfast! Much closer to nature, very nice staff, very clean and comfy. You need a car though. Be aware that the lodge is very scarce in equipment ( no stove, the bare minimum in utensils).MatsFamily with young children
