Some staff are over-the-top helpful and enjoyable to converse with. Room is well furnished - ah so, a little bit dated but kept very well. Excellent opportunity to stay-and-fly with rates that can't be matched anywhere else for the room and services. Shuttle to/from hotel was prompt and professional. Was given an excellent suggestion on a coffee house/bakery/eatery: Bernice's Bakery. It's downtown-ish but do ! go ! check it out !

The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the back. This is a place set up for families, with an inner court near the hot tubs and pool area. If you had a room that was adjacent to the inner court, you experience might be less favourable. The breakfast was typical, eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc.

Our room had a balcony overlooking an area, which gave you a feeling again in the mountains. Breakfast was excellent. parking was convenient and free. We would highly recommend this family, friendly, and pet friendly hotel.

Staff was great and breakfast was good too! Loved having an indoor waterfall and 6 hot tubs and a pool inside and also the lodge feel was great!

Don’t let the word “Lodge” fool you. Definitely not a lodge. Steep price for a single queen with “No” breakfast offered. That alone disqualifies as a lodge. Parking lot had a large gravel area. I can only assume for future paving expansion, I don’t think that will happen since they do not offer a breakfast and much more I was disappointed with. I Not much. Clean room.FantinYoung couple
