Overall an excellent property. Toby was extremely hospitable to us. A very genuine person. My recommendation is ask for him. He will guide and assist you.

The EconoLodge lives up to its name - it is economy lodging. The room is compact but has everything you need. The breakfast on one day had no hot food, but hot food (bacon and scrambled eggs) was there the next day. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Econo Lodge at the Falls North has its merits in terms of location and affordability, there are areas that need improvement. Enhancing room cleanliness and addressing the breakfast area's limitations would go a long way in elevating the overall guest experience. With some adjustments, this hotel could easily become an even more appealing option for visitors to the area.

Nothing about it. I was unaware of how notorious the location of this travel lodge is. It’s known as being a prostitution and drug dealing location. I sleep with my lights on for 2 reasons. To try and keep roaches or bed bugs at bay and for personal security. The area is so bad the owner keeps the office doors locked and you have to ring a door bell to get service.

Staff were friendly and helpful on the main desk. The hotel is very close to the start of a nice 20-30 minute walk through the park alongside the Niagara river to the falls. It is situated in a remote area with nothing much else around it apart from some houses and factories, but like I said it's only a 20-30 minute walk to all the amenities Niagara has to offer.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Econo Lodge. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The heated pool was great and the jungle jim was perfect for our son. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean. Breakfasts were a nice treat in the mornings so we always started the day off right. The shuttle took us directly from the hotel to the falls attractions so parking was never an issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

location , rooms and cleanliness. Toby at the front desk was really sweet. In addition, the falls were pretty close (7 mins drive) to the lodge. They gave passes for a trolley plying every hour to the falls; which was great.
