For the most part it was clean but the floor was a little dirty. It’s an Econo Lodge so very basic amenities but it had everything we needed for our short trip. There’s a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There’s no iron and ironing board in the room but you can request one at the front desk which worked out for us. It’s close to several restaurants and grocery stores.

This was a pleasant surprise for a budget hotel! The room was as clean and comfortable as any big name hotel; do not let the exterior fool you! “Don’t judge a book by its cover” strongly applies to this Econo Lodge. Ample facilities, decent grab and go breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable parking for all guests. Will recommend to anyone looking to stay near to the Little Creek beach without having to fork out the big bucks for decent accommodation.

A/c broke in my apartment so this was a last minute stay. It was clean and staff was nice. I’m always iffy on hotels that are low on price cause I can’t do the econo lodge and red roof inns. They are going through renovations. I didn’t hear any noise but you can see certain areas of the old parts like the elevator. But the room was pleasant. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. 3 minute walk to 7-11 with sidewalks 5 -10 min walk to ihop / Home Depot/ target.
