Located in Hoedspruit in the Limpopo Region, 1.2 km from Phelwana Game Farm, Kusudalweni Safari Lodge & Spa features an outdoor pool and hot tub. Free private parking is available on site.

All units are air conditioned and have a seating area. A fridge and minibar are also offered, as well as a kettle. Kusudalweni Safari Lodge & Spa features free WiFi throughout the property. Bed linen is featured.

The Room and the Food are both equally as outstanding as the main building in the property. The place is minimal in terms of area and space however, it is all very well designed and cosy We are vegetarians and their chefs really went out of their way to research and create delicious menus for us. They incorporated 4-5 different cuisines across the days we were there. This is something we witnessed for the first time travelling globally. The manager Bruce is a very hospitable person and the owner, although not on the property at all times, was present when we were there and is someone who really appreciates ideas and suggestions. All in all, a beautiful place to visit.

Situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, Sunset Lodge & Safaris offers luxury rooms with an individual, artistic style. Guests can relax around the elegant pool and terrace with sun-loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available.

From the time you arrive to the time you leave, it feels like Sunset is your home. Vincent and Toni do such a wonderful job of making you feel like you are visiting extended family - extended family that happen to live among the giraffes, zebra, buffalo, antelope, etc. in Africa. They will work with you to ensure your itinerary covers everything you want to do, and are very willing to add on extras (like stopping at a local coffee shop to pick up some gifts to take back home). The food is AMAZING and they will cater to your preferences and adjust for allergies or dietary needs. You won’t be disappointed, my husband and I had an unforgettable honeymoon and we’re so glad we picked Sunset!

Offering accommodation in Hoedspruit in the greater Kruger National Park ecosystem, Thornhill Safari Lodge offers guided nature walks throughout the Guernsey Nature Reserve. Big 5 game drives are offered daily into Kruger National Park in a Private Nature Reserve at an additional charge.

We woke up with an ostrich staring at us. Many antilopes nearby. Giraffes are coming close, just a few meters from the hotel entrance. Ostrich and monkeys are roaming free in the lodge area. Seen some big cat paws near the backyard waterhole. So watch out. The viewing deck is great.

I simply loved everything… if I tell you that I was actually depressed to leave to go to the second lodge we booked, would you believe this? - the room was really impeccable, this was my favorite part. We stayed at the Harrier luxury tent. The “lake” goes behind the tent so you can hear all the frogs and animals etc. it’s really amazing. The outdoor shower was crazy good. The room is soooo quiet otherwise. You don’t hear NOTHING except a bunch of different animals. We even heard leopard sounds and a giraffe in the morning. It’s really that amazing. - let me tell you I’m super picky with bedding and sheets and comfort of the bed and I was like AMAZED by how good the bed was. The sheets were high quality… was great 10/10 - the lodge is small so you get really individualized attention, which some might like some might not - they have lots of animals pretty much all the main ones minus lions and rhinos I think. The leopard and hiena are more rare but we did see them in the property so it was SOOO worth it. Flora the guide was super cool and we did an extra drive with her at ngiht to look for the leopard. This for me MADE THE TRIP. Because I felt like I was close to the people working there and we could talk and adjust and be flexible with the stuff. This was a big plus, since I don’t like these SUPER structured commercial lodges (we saw some like that…)

That was one of the best hotel experiences that I ever had. The place was very clean, very pretty, the room is big, there s a beautiful pool and everything you need. Butttt the food was insane. I had one of the best meal of my life at the dinner. It’s so fresh and so good! I would came back to eat all the time, it’s like you are in a fancy restaurant for a couple of days. Beside the host are THE MOST AMAZING host that you will ever met. Simone and Morne are super careful, super thoughtful, it changes completely our Kruger experience. What can I said? I wish the restaurant was close to My house so I can go every month , it was so good! I highly recommend.

Owners and staff were extremely nice. we had a lovely dinner together out in the camp fire place. We took the early walking safari which was nice, how ever we didn't see anything new from Kruger. :-) Donald the tour gut is something else The room is on a tree with nets to see the nature.

The food was quite good, very accurate to the local food. The manager of the lodge was very sweet and helpful with regard to recommendations on where to eat as well as activities we should try. The lodge is quite removed from any major cities so there is no noise, and seeing the animals up close was amazing, highly recommend it.

Accomodation was very good, the canvas tree lodges are spacious, comfortable and secluded. The optional outdoor shower was wonderful! Hosts Lynn and Brian were lovely and full of information, I think they will be retiring soon so catch them while you can!

The meals were good the chef and staff were very friendly. The lodge is in a small section of a reserve, and you get close up experiences with safe animals. We were impressed with the variety of animals which stroll up to the lodge to eat on the wild marula. Most guests just sleep at the lodge and use the extensive tour options to experience the area. The interactions at the meals indicated the high quality of these tours.

Lion Tree Top Lodge is one of the best experiences in south Afrika. Lynn, Brian and the amazing staff made us feel really welcome. this truly is a lodge with a warm hart and a fascinating story of the former white tigers. we had a great diner and listened to the great stories of Brian and Lynn. In the morning we did a bush walk with Donald and learned a lot about animal tracks. The Safari tents are amazing!!! we regret we only had the time to spend one night here…
