We recently had the pleasure of staying at Treklaer Lodge and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner Johan who were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The guest house and room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The amenities offered were top-notch, from the luxurious bathroom essentials to the complimentary Wi-Fi, everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. It was centrally located, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants (Hennie's acrpos the road), shops and the beach. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. Thank you Igna and Johan.

The location is only a 15 min drive from Botlierskop Game reserve, easily after the sundowner safari or any other activity there.

I had a safari trip in the afternoon and saw 3 out of the big 5 animals. The next day I went on the horse ride safari both were extra charge which I enjoyed alot. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. Expect to see lots of monkeys around the tented lodges! We did a guided game drive and a morning at the spa/gym. The restaurant was very homely with lovely food with plenty of choice - great to be able to have room service with no additional cost too.SiwanYoung couple
