Staff has been very kind and provided solutions to all our potential requests. Rooms are beautyful and rich of typical artesanal artifacts. Good breakfast. It's not so near to Victoria Falls city center, but staff set up quickly a sort of private taxi service that brings you in the center. At a cheap price the taxi wait us have dinner to bring us back to Tabokana. Anyway it takes just 10 minutes to get to the restaurants and markets. I'll come back to Tabokana if I'd be in Victoria Falls again.

Amazingly friendly staff. The property owners were so kind and the staff were super helpful! They were able to arrange our entire itinerary and made our time in Vic Falls smooth and so memorable! 10 out of 10, 5 stars, would definitely recommend and will be back!

The staff were just awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Washington at front desk, Trudy in the dining area and last but not least, the famous Chef Robbie who has culinary skills of note. The beds were comfortable and Insika pays such incredible attention to detail. I asked for sheet and blanket instead of duvet and they delivered. Small things like the fold back and drawing the mosquito nets in the evening add that personal touch. This place is Vic Falls best kept secret. We'll definitely be back again for another wonderful stay at one of the best lodges I've stayed in so far.

Incredible! We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful new lodge and couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect. Staff communicated professionally and friendly throughout our reservation process and during our stay. While we were on site, the Owners and staff took time to converse with us daily and make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself is beautiful from room design and furnishings to landscape design and common areas to gather. Very clean, secure, and great location for visiting local tourists attractions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this new lodge. Attention to detail from construction to customer care is wonderful. This is a true gem!

The hotel has a shuttle to take you around and certain times and will also pick you up. If you can't make the shuttle, the front desk will call a taxi for you. The breakfast was also very nice and included a lot of options (cereal, full English, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice). The location is in an area near a lot of other lodges, but it's less than a 10 minute drive to the main part of town where shops and restaurants are.
