They kindly upgraded us which was lovely. Great facilities. Will definitely come again. The rooms on the ground floor enjoy direct beach access, while the rooms located upstairs have access to a balcony offering lake views. Very friendly, great service and very clean. I left my kindle in the room they let me know and got it back to me amazing staff.
