For a jungle lodge this place is very well taken care of. Marisa and Thomas were amazing hosts and really helped me figure a great couple days. The location is easy to get to via bus and the facilities were nice and clean. As a solo traveler there were options for me in a shared cabin, but there are options for really any type of traveler and even family. The nature is amazing in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Staying at Big Falls Lodge is a delightful experience. At first you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere and then slowly realize you are surrounded by an amazing Mayan community that is committed to their heritage and their Blanco and took a tour with the Mayan guide. As you drive around it looks like there's nobody around but come the evening the area comes alive with all sorts of activity.

I loved everything about Sun Creek Lodge. The facilities were beautiful and clean, the hosts were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing!!
